le king fu ee26fe0888 docs: changelog and architecture for the Import step card ... Added: the getting-started card of the Import page. Fixed: the "No import folder" empty state no longer flashes while the folder is read. architecture.md gets the lines this change made stale: the component count, the onboarding folder, useImportWizard's `importFolderLoaded` and the Import row of the empty states table.
