le king fu 5c18fddfc0 docs: say where the Import card holds back "Done." (self-review) ... The guide and the changelog said the card never says "Done." for an import that added no transaction. It holds it back on the report only: on the Import page the card moves from one step to the next, and says "Done." once the file is imported. The locale test no longer depends on the order of the sections in the files, which DocsContent ignores.
