Bump 0.14.0 -> 0.15.0 in the five manifests, open the 0.15.0 section in both changelogs (17 entries: edition-based feature gating, the CSV import rework with migration v17, three dependency advisory batches), and fix the stale "Version actuelle" line in CLAUDE.md (was 0.6.3).
