le king fu 3b8105c253 docs: fix two sentences of ADR 0023 after self-review ... "Ce sous-arbre" lost its referent once the trigger paragraph stopped naming a subtree: the sentence now says what is measured, that both past drifts (#310, #344) came with RustSec advisory fixes.
