le king fu 20db766f52 docs: describe the Rust cache, its weekly writer and the absent npm cache (#234) ... CLAUDE.md and docs/architecture.md still said the Actions cache was removed until #234 was fixed. They now describe rust-cache, the per-PR isolation of what a pull_request run saves, the weekly run on main that writes the shared cache, the expected cold runs, and why check-frontend has no npm cache.
