User guide (section 11) and the in-app docs.settings keys, FR and EN: the
order of Settings → System and how the version history folds. One Changed
entry in both changelogs. docs/architecture.md: the /settings/systems row,
why ChangelogContent keeps a local Set rather than useCollapsibleGroups,
and the utils count (19: startupConnection and rootFiles were not counted).
CLAUDE.md no longer describes /changelog as a page with the full history:
it redirects to Settings → System since #190.
