The seven issues of the spec-onboarding-phase1 milestone cite
docs/analyse-onboarding-2026-09.md as their source analysis, but the
file had stayed untracked since 2026-09-24 and only existed on one
machine. Phases 2 and 3 of the onboarding work are described nowhere
else.
