2-year activation token silently drops activated machines to Free
(handled in #347). 100-year keys decided out of wave (maximus-api#63,
la-compagnie-maximus#157); machine id hashing tracked in #350.

Record the release (run 402, 7 assets + latest.json verified), the two
Premium tester keys issued before the tag, the VPS Tailscale node-key
expiry recovery, and the pending step 10 (real update cycle) as the
active follow-up.

The line said the constraint regresses on "the next cargo update". Measured:
`cargo update -p anyhow` moves nothing, `-p hyper` moves all seven. The
trigger is reaching the networking/TLS subtree, which is exactly where the
advisories land. Also records what the analysis overturned: #310 did notice
the drift and judged it harmless on Linux, where it is — the cost lands on
the Windows build (3 windows-sys crates compiled vs 5), and there is no
correctness risk since all seven declare ranges covering both states.

The issue body claimed StarterAccountsModal auto-maps starter accounts to
existing profile accounts, and that the checkbox is disabled when no similar
account is found. Neither holds: no mapping exists in that flow at all, and the
checkbox is disabled when a collision IS detected (inverse polarity).
The real gap, confirmed with Max, is in the category migration: custom
categories land in plan.preserved without ever being run through the matching
engine, render as plain text with no picker, and are dumped under the
"Catégories personnalisées (migration)" catch-all by the writer.
Issue rewritten on Forgejo (merge semantics, status:ready), original body kept
in a comment. #259 is not part of epic #260 — that epic now has no leftover.

simpl-resultat n'avait jamais ete opt-in pour le pattern STATE.md
malgre son statut de produit final commercial. Cette commit pose le
seed (3 sections : Position actuelle / Decisions recentes /
Blockers actifs) et ajoute l'import @STATE.md dans CLAUDE.md pour
qu'il soit auto-charge en session.
