docs: placeListbox test header and CLAUDE.md module count (#429, #384)

Review 25921, points 4 and 6: the header of placeListbox.test.ts still
listed the re-read after a render among what needs a DOM, though
CategoryCombobox.placement.test.ts pins it; only the paint and React's
skipped render remain. CLAUDE.md announced 10 command modules and listed
twelve: 12 modules, 10 of them with commands, 45 commands.
